About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online orders and ensure a smooth journey from the moment a customer places an order to the time it is delivered.

You will work closely with the sales, production, warehouse and logistics teams to make sure orders are processed correctly, dispatched on time and customers are kept updated.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, order management, operations or customer coordination.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce platforms.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude — someone who doesn't wait to be told about every follow-up.
- Experience with Excel ,Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
