Job Title: Marketing & Admissions Team Leader

Job Brief-We are seeking a high-energy Marketing & Admissions Team Leader to lead our student recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven lead generation with persuasive, high-converting interpersonal skills to guide prospective parents from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Design and execute strategic digital, print, and local marketing campaigns to generate high-volume inquiries.
- Conversion & Convening Power: Host interactive open houses, campus tours, and parent orientation sessions that build trust and persuade parents to enroll.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the admissions and tele-calling team to ensure prompt follow-ups and high lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Outreach & Brand Building:



Establish local partnerships (preschools, community centers, residential associations) to expand outreach and drive walk-ins.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in school marketing, educational sales, or admissions leadership.
- Skills: Robust sales closing skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and confidence leading high-stakes parent interactions.
- Technical: Experience using CRM platforms, lead tracking software, and social media ad tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
