We are looking for a confident, student-focused, and result-oriented Student Advisor Executive to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Advise students on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Build solid relationships with students and guide them throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the admissions and internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

Requirements:

- 6 months–2 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, telecalling, admissions, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
- Good counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and student-focused environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
