We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and result-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time (Salary 30k to 35K depends on experience - Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Develop staff schedules, conduct training, and improve team performance.
- Coordinate with chefs to maintain menu quality and consistency across multiple cuisines.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
- Experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and operational reporting.
- Restaurant experience is an advantage.
