About Sowora

Sowora is an early-stage personal finance platform that helps people track expenses, manage their finances and understand their spending better.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive in Hyderabad to help us acquire our initial users and build our sales and marketing process.

What you will do

- Promote Sowora through direct outreach, social media, local networking and other practical channels.
- Identify and approach potential users who may benefit from Sowora.
- Demonstrate the product and explain its features clearly.
- Convert interested people into active users.
- Follow up with users and understand their feedback.
- Experiment with different ways to acquire users.
- Maintain simple daily/weekly records of outreach, leads, conversions and results.
- Work directly with the founder and contribute ideas for growing Sowora.

What we are looking for

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to do hands-on sales and marketing rather than only desk-based work.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Compensation
₹10,000–₹12,000 per month initially, with performance-based incentives.

Growth opportunity
This role will initially be offered as a performance-based prospect. Candidates who consistently achieve agreed targets and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a full-time role with Sowora, with compensation and responsibilities revised accordingly.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work location : WFH (Hybrid 2 days week)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
