KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer queries through chat and calls.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain good customer experience and service quality.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Promote/cross-sell relevant banking products at the time of closing the interaction.
Follow banking processes, quality, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
