Dadu Medical Centre is hiring a Relationship Manager for our clinics in Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar, Delhi.

Position:- Relationship Manager

Location:- Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar

Experience:- 2–5 Years

Working Hours:- 9 Hours

Timings:- 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Working Days:-All Sundays are working; weekly off as per roster

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.

Handle patient enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Understand patient requirements and suggest suitable treatments/services.

Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve concerns professionally.

Follow up on leads, consultations, pending payments, and treatment plans.

Coordinate with Doctors, Sales, CRM, Therapists, and Front Desk teams.

Focus on patient retention,



repeat visits, referrals, and package sales.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic SOPs.
