Experience: 3–5 years in Garment Printing / Textile Printing

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Printing In-Charge to manage and monitor our in-house garment printing production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and supervise day-to-day in-house garment printing production.
- Follow the printing production plan and instructions given by the management.
- Ensure all prints are produced according to the approved artwork, sample and quality standards.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and identify any defects immediately.
- Check print placement, size, colour, registration, sharpness and overall appearance.
- Ensure the correct artwork, screen and printing specifications are followed for each style.
- Follow up on the quantity printed and maintain daily printing production status.
- Monitor what is currently in production, what has been completed and what is pending.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams regarding printing requirements and priorities.
- Ensure printing is completed within the required production timeline.




- Identify printing issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them quickly.
- Minimize printing defects, rework and wastage.
- Conduct regular quality checks during production and before sending printed garments to the next process.
- Maintain daily production and quality records and report the status to management.
- Ensure proper discipline, workflow and productivity within the printing section.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in garment/textile printing.
- Strong practical knowledge of garment printing production and quality checking.
- Experience in handling an in-house printing unit is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of print quality, artwork, colour matching and print placement.
- Should be able to manage workers and coordinate daily production.
- Should be responsible for production follow-up and timely completion.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to identify printing defects and take corrective action.
- Tiruppur garment industry experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
