Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile).
- Create engaging posts, banners, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish social media content according to the marketing calendar.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Coordinate website updates and ensure content remains current.
- Assist in SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Maintain the company's brand image across all digital platforms.
- Support online advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Respond to customer enquiries received through digital channels.




- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the company's database.
- Introduce the company's services and generate qualified business leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer information in the CRM or lead management system.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for lead conversion.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior tele calling experience is Added Advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
