Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced Operations Director - HVAC to oversee the operations of HVAC services. The role involves ensuring performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, stakeholder management, team development, compliance and safety adherence, financial oversight, and technology innovation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing HVAC projects, developing operational excellence strategies, and driving innovation in project delivery and maintenance services.

Experience Range:

15 - 25 years

Educational Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire HVAC operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all active sites and projects.
- Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Oversee project management for installation, repair, and maintenance services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, other function heads and partners.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellence in all areas of operational excellence.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline operations, enhance service delivery,



and improve data accuracy.
- Develop and enforce safety standards and procedures to protect employees, customers, and the environment.

Candidate Attributes:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in HVAC operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing operations & maintenance in large-scale HVAC projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and sustainable design.
- Proficient in HVAC systems design, installation, repair, and maintenance with a strong grasp of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.




- Proven track record in managing projects with budgets exceeding INR 50 crore.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with subcontractors.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
