Roles & Responsibilities
- Call leads and potential students.
- Explain courses, fees, and course details.
- Understand student requirements and guide them.
- Follow up with interested students regularly.
- Generate walk-ins for the centre.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the centre team for student visits and admissions.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with making calls.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in sales, tele-calling, or counselling is an advantage.
