Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Handle client interactions, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Conduct client meetings and accompany customers for site visits.
- Develop business through channel sales, corporate tie-ups, and networking.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, projects, and competition.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in real estate sales / property advisory / business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong local market network and customer relationships preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Excellent follow-up, time management, and multitasking skills.

Note: Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
