We are looking for an experienced Placement Officer with 3–4 years of experience in the NGO or Skill Development sector.
Key Requirements:
- Robust connections and coordination with HR professionals and companies
- Experience in student/candidate placement and employer relations
- Ability to develop new industry partnerships and placement opportunities
- Good communication, networking, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and skill-development programs
