Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Fabric to design and develop scalable data solutions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in building data models using the Medallion Architecture and a strong understanding of data flows and transformations. Experience working with existing workflows built in Alteryx will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable data models using Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) in Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and optimize data transformation pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models with semantic thinking.
- Analyze and understand existing data flows and workflows built using Alteryx.
- Support the migration, enhancement,



or integration of existing Alteryx workflows into the modern data platform where required.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability of data pipelines.
- Collaborate with BI and analytics teams for downstream reporting and semantic model requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines and transformations.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and Medallion Architecture.
- Ability to understand complex existing data workflows and transformation logic.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can build new data solutions in MS Fabric while also understanding and working with existing Alteryx-based data flows. Solid analytical thinking, data modeling skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Pay: ₹409,436.64 - ₹1,868,808.54 per year
