Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Mulund East, Mumbai

Job Summary

Hemsons Jewellers is looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, records and financial documentation for the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records
Handle purchase and sales entries
Maintain cash and bank records
Prepare and maintain invoices and vouchers
Record receipts and payments accurately
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
Maintain proper accounting documentation
Coordinate with the billing and showroom team
Assist in preparing daily and monthly reports
Support management with routine accounting requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in accounting will be preferred
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive knowledge of documentation and record keeping

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
