Sales & Marketing Manager – Wedding Centre

Job Purpose:
To manage and execute floor sale and outside marketing activities for the Wedding Centre, with a strong focus on attracting wedding customers, generating enquiries, increasing appointments, improving customer engagement, and improving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract wedding customers.
- Generate enquiries for bridal wear, groom wear, family collections, wedding packages, and other wedding-related products/services.
- Maintain and follow up on wedding customer leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and direct communication.
- Coordinate customer appointments and promotional campaigns.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, photographers, makeup artists, event planners, decorators, and other wedding-related businesses.
- Conduct local promotional activities, wedding exhibitions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Promote wedding collections, offers, current arrivals, and special packages.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, and other platforms.
- Monitor competitor wedding-centre activities,



offers, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure proper handling and conversion of enquiries.
- Track customer enquiries from lead generation to visit and final purchase.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the wedding customer experience.
- Coordinate banners, advertisements, brochures, social media creatives, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain daily/weekly marketing and customer enquiry reports.
- Monitor marketing expenses and ensure proper utilization of the approved budget.
- Submit regular performance reports to the Administrator / Managing Director.
- Achieve assigned targets for customer enquiries, appointments, footfall, lead conversion, and sales support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
