For Dubai based Logistics & Shipping company back office located in Valiyannur, Kannur, Kerala
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
- Coordinate with transport, drivers, and operations teams.
- Investigate delays, missing shipments, and delivery issues.
- Record customer interactions and update system information.
- Follow up on open cases until resolved.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
Requirements
- Customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
- Transparent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and customer service systems.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize urgent cases.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
