Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff and ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
- Monitor inventory, stock, wastage, billing, and cash handling.
- Support sales targets and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Train and guide staff as required.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.




- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Solid team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
