Service Manager

- Manage daily workshop/service operations.
- Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
- Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Ensure timely, quality repairs and servicing.
- Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on concerns.
- Monitor spare-parts availability and coordinate with stores.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
- Maintain service records, job cards, invoices, and reports.
- Monitor technician performance and productivity.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workshop standards.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, parts, warranty, and management teams.
- Track service revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide technicians and service advisors.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
