Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Globalscape SFTP/MFT platforms, handling incidents, requests, and problem tickets
- Monitor SFTP services to ensure availability, performance, and SLA compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and user access
- Perform user provisioning, key management, and access control administration
- Coordinate with L3/engineering teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and major incidents
- Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements (encryption, authentication, audit logs)
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Support patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in SFTP/MFT environments
- Assist in onboarding new partners/clients and configuring file transfer workflows
- Participate in change management processes to ensure secure and controlled implementation

Ideal Candidate

- Strong SFTP / MFT Profile with hands-on Globalscape EFT expertise and secure file-transfer troubleshooting
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience in Network Security / Secure File Transfer, with hands-on experience on Globalscape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer) MFT/SFTP platforms.
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience providing L2 support for Globalscape SFTP/MFT (incidents, requests, problem tickets), monitoring services for availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with user provisioning, key management, and access-control administration, and onboarding new partners/clients and configuring file-transfer workflows.
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience coordinating with L3/engineering for escalations,



root-cause analysis, and major incidents, and supporting patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, SCP, and HTTPS file-transfer protocols, and key-based authentication (SSH keys, PGP encryption).
- Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have familiarity with firewalls, proxies, and network security fundamentals, with strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, authentication, and transfer failures.
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have experience ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance (encryption, authentication, audit logs), and participating in change management for secure, controlled implementation.
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have an understanding of incident, change, and problem management (ITIL), and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Mandatory (Domain): Banking-industry experience preferred; robust candidates with the same technical experience from another industry are acceptable.
- Mandatory (Note): Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift workplace at the client site (IDFC Bank, Airoli, Navi Mumbai)
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred (Skills): Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash); file-transfer integrations with enterprise applications (ERP, banking, trading); audit/compliance familiarity (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX); exposure to other MFT platforms (Axway, TIBCO, IBM Sterling).

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
