Job Purpose Responsibility and documentation of Production. Handle manpower at shop-floor and

safety of work.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

To look after compounding and mixing process of rubber compound.

:-Maintain scrap and rejection limit below target and reduce progressively.

:-Monitor m/c down time and control through inter and intra person communication

and putting self effort.

Highlight critical issue on daily basis to superior and reporting manager.

:-Manpower handling, maintain safety and discipline including control daily

absenteeism with in limit.

:-train operators as per schedule and as required time to time.

:-Control rework and any rejection of batches through productivity methodologies.

:-Maintain safety and discipline standard

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
