Industry - Electrical Manufacturing Sector

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years Experience required

Required Skills:

- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and required documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch for order execution.
- Track customer orders from order confirmation to final delivery.




- Maintain updated sales reports, order status, customer records, and MIS.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and communicate delivery updates to customers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with logistics/transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
