Job Summary

SML Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Ampere EV two-wheeler dealership in Edappally, Ernakulam.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in two-wheeler service, preferably with experience in EV two-wheelers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.

* Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.

* Explain required repairs, maintenance, and service procedures to customers.

* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.

* Provide customers with regular updates regarding service status and additional repairs.

* Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval for additional work.

* Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work completed to customers.

* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

* Ensure proper documentation of service and repair activities.

* Follow dealership service standards and company processes.

* Support customer retention and achieve service-related targets.





* Maintain good coordination between customers, technicians, and the service team.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a two-wheeler dealership/workshop.

* EV two-wheeler experience is preferred; other two-wheeler service experience will also be considered.

* Positive understanding of two-wheeler service and repair processes.

* Strong customer-handling and communication skills.

* Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain service records.

* Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

* Candidates with experience in Ampere or other EV brands will have an advantage.
