Fruit Popz – Kozhikode

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven *Sales & Marketing Manager* to lead our market growth in Kozhikode.

What we're looking for:

- 3–6 years of Sales & Marketing experience
- FMCG / Ice Cream / Dairy / Frozen Foods / Beverages / Food industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Kozhikode market
- Experience in distributor & retailer management
- Ability to develop current outlets and improve existing outlet sales
- Team handling and field execution capability
- Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly sales growth
- Develop retail, HoReCa & distribution channels
- Improve outlet and freezer productivity
- Manage sales/promoter activities




- Execute local marketing campaigns & activations
- Monitor collections, repeat orders and market performance
- Coordinate with management and marketing partners

Compensation:

₹30,000–₹35,000 Fixed + TA/Fuel + Performance Incentives

Earning Potential: ₹50,000

Location: Kozhikode
