Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager with strong operational experience in a reputed hospital, hotel or hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall Food & Beverage operations.
- Plan and supervise daily F&B; activities.
- Manage restaurants, cafeterias, food courts, catering and other F&B; outlets as applicable.
- Lead and supervise F&B; staff and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
- Monitor food production, service and presentation standards.
- Control food costs, wastage and operating expenses.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and consumption.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of materials.
- Develop menus and coordinate with the culinary team.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Train and develop F&B; employees.




- Prepare operational reports and review business performance.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain service standards and continuously improve F&B; operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of F&B; experience.
- Experience in a reputed hospital or hotel is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of F&B; operations, food cost and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage multiple F&B; operations efficiently.

Important: Candidates without relevant hospital or reputed hotel experience will not be preferred.
