Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller - BDE to drive lead generation, customer outreach, and business development through inbound and outbound calling. You will play a key role in expanding our student enrollments and partnerships by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective parents, schools, and partners.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive enrollments and business opportunities.
- Promote Birla Open Minds' programs and services to prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant information.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments, appointments, or meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team on campaigns, events,



and lead-conversion activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BDE, Inside Sales, Education, Real Estate, or BPO.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and conversions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
