Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations InternAbout the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Intern to help us build and manage our hiring pipeline.

You will work closely with the team on identifying candidates, finding relevant recruitment agencies and talent sourcing resources, coordinating with external hiring partners, and keeping recruitment activities organized and moving forward.

This is a 1-month internship, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.

What You Will Do

- Research and identify recruitment agencies, talent sourcing firms, job platforms, communities, and other hiring resources.
- Build and maintain a database of relevant recruitment partners and sourcing channels.
- Reach out to recruitment agencies and understand their candidate coverage, capabilities, pricing, and engagement models.
- Identify and research potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and other relevant sources.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and candidates on open requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and other recruitment activities.




- Help prepare candidate and role briefs for recruitment partners.
- Research talent availability and compensation benchmarks when required.
- Keep hiring information organized and ensure pending actions are followed up on.
- Support other recruitment and people-related initiatives as needed.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong research and internet-search skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable reaching out to people over email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience or internship in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, business development, sales, or operations.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or job portals.
- Familiarity with recruitment agencies and hiring processes.
- Interest in the technology and startup ecosystem.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
