Description

- 2-3 years of experience in AI/LLM development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
- Practical knowledge of RAG, LangChain, LangGraph and MCP.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source LLMs.
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Function Calling and Tool Use.
- Experience designing AI workflows, tool orchestration and structured outputs.
- Knowledge of SQL, vector databases and embedding technologies.




- Experience integrating AI solutions with third-party platforms using REST APIs, OAuth and Webhooks.
- Ability to build guardrails, validation logic and reusable prompt libraries.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, testing and regression testing.
- Experience with Git and basic CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, voice agents, Claude Code or Cursor is an added advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable AI solutions.
