About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager with robust Amazon & Flipkart experience to drive online sales, revenue, profitability and ROI across marketplaces and our D2C platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Amazon business with complete ownership of sales and revenue.
- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
- Monitor and improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC and profitability.
- Optimize Amazon product listings, keywords, pricing, promotions and advertising.
- Plan and manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads / PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the D2C website.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Operations and Logistics teams.
- Prepare regular sales, ROI and marketplace performance reports.

Requirements





- 4–10 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales.
- Strong and proven experience in managing Amazon business is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart ,Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace operations.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Good understanding of ROI, ROAS, profitability, conversion and online sales metrics.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and D2C will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently drive sales growth and profitability.
