Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Doctor and Market Coverage

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly.

Promote the company's Ayurvedic and healthcare products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical stores.

Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits.

Sales and Business Development Achieve monthly sales targets.

Generate current business opportunities.

Increase product availability in the assigned territory.

Expand the customer network in the assigned area.

Identify new markets and growth opportunities.

Reporting and Coordination Submit daily visit reports.

Maintain records of doctor visits and sales activities.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.





Required Skills

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Educational Qualification

B.Pharma, D.Pharma, B.Sc., MBA, BBA or any graduate degree.

Experience
