Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
- Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock with finance records.
- Implement and improve accounting controls, SOPs, and internal audit processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team while ensuring timely completion of all financial activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 12–15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience,



with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (ERP knowledge such as Zoho Books, SAP, or similar is an added advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
