Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow Hirevoo's digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, social media trends, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online communities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.




- Run and optimize social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience with content planning and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or design tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Understanding of personal branding and LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing.
