Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and online sales.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Handle SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Manage the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and improve ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, web developers, and external agencies.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behaviour analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and platform changes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the D2C, e-commerce, nutraceutical, FMCG, or health and wellness industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Shopify and marketing automation tools is desirable.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
