Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our Helios Luxe team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in watches, luxury retail, premium brands, or high-end customer service and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive sales by effectively presenting products, features, and brand offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of luxury watches, brands, collections, and product specifications.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, new launches, offers, and appointments.
- Maintain customer database and ensure regular customer engagement.




- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain the overall visual and service standards of the store.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Watches / Luxury Retail / Premium Retail Brands is preferred.
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a polished and qualified personality.
- Good knowledge of luxury/premium products and selling techniques.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from luxury watches, premium fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or other high-end retail brands will be considered.

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
