About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with robust experience in residential interiors and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring successful execution of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, project brief, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare detailed interior layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and material details.
- Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, project managers, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to review design implementation and resolve site-related design issues.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
- Review drawings and ensure design accuracy before execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding drawings, materials, measurements, and specifications.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into the design.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
- Monitor project progress to ensure interiors are executed as per approved designs and quality standards.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Support the team in maintaining proper project documentation and drawing records.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Des / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, residential projects, or construction.
- Strong experience in high-end residential / luxury villa interiors will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Strong client-handling and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of site execution and interior detailing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹11,111.48 - ₹70,156.01 per month
