HOTEL CARETAKER – NAKSHA TREE HOTELSJob Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Hotel Caretaker to supervise the property, assist guests, monitor daily activities, and ensure the hotel premises are maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the overall hotel property and premises.
- Welcome and assist guests when required.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
- Check rooms, common areas, and facilities regularly.
- Report maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or other issues to management.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers.
- Ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep of the property.
- Monitor water supply, electricity, equipment, and essential facilities.
- Assist with receiving supplies and checking deliveries.
- Maintain basic property-related records.
- Support hotel staff during busy periods when required.
- Respond promptly to urgent property or guest-related issues.
- Maintain security awareness and report unusual activity.




- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Skills

- Previous experience in hotel, lodge, resort, apartment, or property maintenance preferred.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, or maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
