About the Role

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and handle bulk recruitment for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in Sales, BDE, Telecalling,



or Field Sales hiring is an advantage.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate-handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and comfortable with bulk hiring.
