About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance professional who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage financial operations, accounting, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

The candidate will work closely with senior management and business/operations teams to ensure strong financial governance, accurate MIS, timely statutory compliance, and effective working-capital management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor profitability, revenue, expenses, and business performance.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans.

2. MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS and financial performance reports.
- Analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, EBITDA, working capital, and cost variances.
- Provide meaningful financial insights to management.
- Monitor business-wise/project-wise profitability.

3. Accounts Receivable & Payable

- Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Review vendor payments and outstanding liabilities.
- Monitor ageing reports and support working-capital improvement.
- Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition.

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities.
- Review GST returns, reconciliations, and tax-related documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records.





5. Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Establish and monitor strong financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

6. Business & Operations Support

- Work closely with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
- Review contracts, commercial terms, customer/vendor agreements, and financial implications.
- Provide financial analysis for new projects and business proposals.
- Support management in cost optimization and profitability improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a finance team.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
