KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Execution & Structural Supervision

◆ Lead day-to-day civil and structural activities in coordination with the Project Manager

◆ Ensure execution matches approved structural drawings with no unauthorized deviation

◆ Supervise RCC works — shuttering, reinforcement, concrete placement and curing — including basement and retaining structures

◆ Check bar bending schedules, cover blocks and lap lengths before every major pour

Quality Control & Material Testing

◆ Enforce concrete testing protocols — cube tests, slump tests, temperature checks — and reject non-compliant batches

◆ Verify material quality at receipt — cement, steel, aggregates, admixtures — against approved specifications

◆ Coordinate with third-party quality auditors and structural consultants at critical milestones

◆ Maintain a zero-rework culture through pre-pour checklists and sign-offs

Contractors, Coordination & Reporting

◆ Supervise civil contractors and enforce productivity, quality and sequencing standards

◆ Verify contractor bills, measurements and quantity certifications against site reality

◆ Act as the technical bridge between design, MEP and civil contractors; raise RFIs and track to closure

◆ Prepare weekly progress reports with photographs and variance analysis; flag slippage early with recovery plans





Safety & Site Discipline

◆Enforce PPE compliance, scaffolding safety, excavation protocols and working-at-height standards

◆Conduct weekly toolbox talks and maintain incident logs with corrective actions

◆Coordinate on BOCW Act compliance and statutory safety inspections

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications & Experience

◆ 5–8 years of site execution experience, preferably on premium residential or multi-storey construction

◆ B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university

◆ Reads and interprets structural drawings, bar bending schedules and MEP coordination plans

◆ Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project or Primavera for progress tracking

◆ Hands-on familiarity with IS 456, IS 13920, NBC provisions and Goa building approval processes

Skills & Competencies

◆ Deep technical command of RCC, waterproofing and finishing works

◆ An eye for quality — spots deviations before they become defects

◆ Contractor and labour management with the authority to enforce standards

◆ Ownership — treats every site as if building for oneself

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
