About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Course Counsellor to guide nurses through their German-language journey, from the first enquiry to enrolment. The right person has at least 1 year of experience in language-course counselling, and a strong record of turning leads into admissions of nurses for Germany Country

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel nurses on the German course: levels (A1–B2), course structure, time commitment, fees and payment options, and the wider pathway to working in Germany.
- Handle enquiries from Instagram/Meta ad leads, calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, and convert them into enrolments.
- Run in-person counselling sessions at the Kochi centre, and Google Meet sessions for candidates outside Kochi.
- Check each candidate's eligibility (GNM / B.Sc / Post Basic B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing) and prior German level before recommending an entry point.
- Give accurate, honest information about course outcomes, exam requirements (Goethe / telc) and post-course costs, without over-promising.
- Follow up with leads regularly on WhatsApp and calls to maximise conversions.
- Collect fees, complete enrolment paperwork,



and hand new students over to the Academic/Training team.
- Keep a record of every call, counselling session and lead status in the CRM/lead tracker.
- Work with the Training, Placement and Marketing teams to report on batch planning, lead quality and candidate feedback.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors and telecallers in reaching their targets.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in study-abroad, overseas-education, language-course or nursing-recruitment counselling/sales.
- Knowledge of the international nursing/healthcare migration space. Familiarity with Germany is a solid advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working to monthly enrolment targets.
- Well organised and attentive to detail when handling documents and payments.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Basic German (A1/A2) or experience selling language courses (IELTS/OET/German).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
