- Counsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and overseas education options. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs or visa categories. Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and update application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners when required.
- Handle client queries through calls,
- WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospective clients into customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the process.




- Stay updated on relevant immigration and visa process changes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply; experience in immigration, overseas education, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a client-facing environment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
