Job Summary

Safarion Tours LLP is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Travel Operations Executiveto manage travel enquiries, prepare itineraries and quotations, coordinate bookings, and ensure the smooth execution of customer trips.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.

Follow up on enquiries and convert them into bookings.

Manage bookings, travel documents, and vouchers.

Maintain accurate enquiry and booking records.

Assist in developing tour packages and travel products.

Requirements





IATA-certified candidates will be preferred.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline also can apply.

0–1 year of experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred.

Candidates residing near NIT Calicut will be preferred.
