We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, member engagement, marketing activities, and business development initiatives. The role involves a mix of HR coordination, candidate management, member communication, cold calling, follow-ups, database management and administrative support.

Job Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Salary: INR 7,000-13,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with joining formalities, attendance, leave records, employee documentation and other HR-related processes.
- Support recruitment by posting job openings, sourcing and shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and maintaining candidate records.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients, members and relevant contacts to introduce the organisation, understand requirements and generate potential business opportunities.




- Make regular calls and follow-ups with IHN members to understand their requirements and assist them in accessing relevant membership benefits, services, opportunities, partnerships and qualified connections.
- Conduct regular member engagement and follow-up activities, maintaining accurate records of conversations, requirements, leads and pending follow-ups.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including outreach, communication, campaign support, lead generation and maintaining marketing databases.
- Follow up with prospective clients, members, candidates and business contacts through calls, WhatsApp, email and other relevant communication channels.
- Support the team in identifying potential leads, partnerships, business opportunities and relevant industry contacts.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
