Job Summary

We are hiring a Team Leader – Outbound Sales to manage a team of 10+ outbound calling executives for personal loan / digital lending products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching executives, and ensuring quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of 10+ outbound sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calling productivity, connect rate, conversion, login, and disbursement metrics.
- Coach team members to improve performance and conversions.
- Conduct call quality checks and ensure process compliance.
- Handle customer escalations and support objection handling.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Customer Support, and Collections teams.
- Ensure effective customer follow-ups and achievement of business goals.

Required Skills & Experience





- 2+ years of experience in outbound calling and team handling.
- Experience managing an outbound sales/calling team.
- Mandatory experience in Fintech, Digital Lending, Personal Loans, or Financial Services.
- Robust target-oriented and performance-management skills.
- Good customer handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on Sundays/holidays and extended hours when required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
