About the Role

Credit Browse Inc. is hiring Telecallers / Telesales Executives for our Borivali West office. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Training and product guidance will be provided.
Business Loans | Working Capital | OD | Financial Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their business, financial and funding requirements.
- Explain suitable loan and financial products based on customer needs.
- Qualify leads based on business profile, turnover and funding requirements.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the processing team for documentation and loan processing, while maintaining accurate call and lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Who can apply:

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication in Hindi, Marathi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on calls.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Sales, Telecalling, Banking, Loan experience will be an advantage.
