We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, lead the team, maintain service and food quality standards, and ensure smooth and profitable outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlet.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift allocation.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline and grooming.
- Monitor customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure food quality, portion control and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock, inventory, wastage and daily consumption.
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of required stock and raw materials.
- Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure proper use of POS/billing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular checks of kitchen, dining area, storage and overall outlet hygiene.
- Ensure food safety,



cleanliness and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor cash handling, billing and daily closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the management regarding sales, staff requirements, stock and operational issues.
- Train new employees and continuously improve team performance.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
- Identify areas for improvement and take corrective action when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
