Job Title: Accountant
Location: Palarivattom

Salary: 18000-22000 Range
Experience Required: 2 year

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare GST/TDS/VAT filings and ensure tax compliance
- Monitor budgets and financial transactions
- Support audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- CA Inter / CMA / CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in payroll processing and tax filing
- Familiarity with ERP systems
