Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of insurance products through direct sales and relationship building.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth policy processing and issue resolution.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
