Job Summary

Stature Properties Private Limited is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage the pre-sales team, improve lead conversion, and ensure effective coordination between marketing, pre-sales, sales teams, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong real estate pre-sales experience, team management skills, customer-handling expertise, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Manage and monitor leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.
- Ensure timely calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Monitor the team's calls, follow-ups, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, location, configuration, purpose of purchase, and timeline.
- Ensure qualified leads are effectively handed over to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team and channel partners to schedule and maximize site visits.
- Develop effective follow-up strategies to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
- Track and analyze pre-sales performance, lead quality, conversion ratios, and team productivity.
- Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely updates in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality, campaign performance, and lead requirements.
- Train team members on calling techniques, project knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal sales teams.




- Ensure proper follow-up with customers before and after site visits.
- Achieve assigned team and individual pre-sales targets.

Required Skills

- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate pre-sales and lead management.
- Good understanding of lead funnels and conversion metrics.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze lead and sales data.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong coordination skills with sales, marketing, and channel partners.
- Kannada, telugu, and English communication skills preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Previous experience managing a pre-sales/telecalling team is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling digital leads and other source leads will be given preference.
