Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for material handling, stock management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming materials.
- Issue raw materials, components, and other items as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward registers, and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely material replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and related documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain inventory data using Advanced Excel and/or Tally.




- Support periodic inventory audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow company safety, housekeeping, and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Solid working knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally is required.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of material inward/outward processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing industry operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in stores/inventory operations.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience with Advanced Excel or Tally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
